Hi there! I'm Katie.
Over the past 15 years, what began as a love of teaching has grown to be my full-time, passionate labor of love.
There's nothing more fulfilling than seeing people grow in their faith and understanding of God's word.
But I wasn't always this confident.
In fact, I had been participating in in-depth Bible study classes for over 10 years when I realized I had no clue how to study without someone else guiding me through questions or commentary. It was when I was asked to lead a Bible study class of over 100 women that I knew I had to figure this out and learn to study God's word on my own. Just God, His word, and me.
So that's when I got busy
developing my own study system and strategies. The tools I developed aren't brand-new inventions. In fact, all of our studies follow the inductive Bible study method, which has been around for decades. What is different is that we teach our members how to use different methods and resources to understand the Bible so that they never have to rely on anyone else to tell them what it means.

I was looking for an online group to study and fellowship with on a daily basis. BSC has helped me be consistent and disciplined with spending time with the Lord. I have learned how to Verse Map and Scripture Journal which is a huge blessing for me, because I have a hard time understanding them. If you are interested in a deeper walk with our God, please consider joining our group. I was new to deep studying of The Word. I just needed and wanted more out of daily Bible study.
